Since opening in 2021, the Ice Technology Center (ITC) has become a hub for innovation - welcoming a broad range of customers, conducting numerous tests, and exploring the endless possibilities in the ice cream industry.

When developing new recipes, shapes, textures, or working with novel ingredients, real-world testing in a controlled environment is essential. At our Ice Technology Center, you’ll work alongside experienced ice cream experts to turn your ideas into a commercial-scale reality.

The Facility

The Ice Technology Center is based at our Kolding headquarters, directly connected to our production and R&D teams. This provides you with immediate access not only to our test engineers but also to the broader Gram Equipment knowledge base.
