Michael, who recently joined Gram Equipment, quickly found his purpose in the quiet satisfaction of making things right. He shares:

His background in engineering, installation, and customer service gives him a complete picture, allowing him to adapt and keep projects flowing. What truly lights him up is the sheer variety of his work – no two days are the same, whether he's on a site visit or tackling a hands-on task. "There’s a lot of freedom and responsibility, and the people I work with make the experience even better,” he says, highlighting the genuine connections that make his demanding role so rewarding.

İbrahim carries decades of quiet wisdom, having started his journey as an electrical engineer in an ice cream factory. Since 2011, he's been an invaluable part of our Gram Equipment team, applying his profound knowledge to support production lines around the globe. He has that rare technical intuition that allows him to truly listen to a system, diagnosing and improving it in ways that manuals often can't cover. "It’s not just about knowing which screw to adjust,” İbrahim explains.

“It’s about understanding the system well enough to make the right decision at the right time.”

For him, true success isn't a solo act; it depends on teamwork, a shared focus among engineers, operators, and technicians that consistently brings real results.
